Job Overview:
Wipro is seeking a skilled Senior Analyst to join their team in Bengaluru. This role is focused on supporting Real Estate Private Equity Funds operations, investor reporting, financial analysis, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Real Estate private equity funds’ operations, quarterly reporting deliverables, financial systems/applications, and reporting source data.
- Prepare and review customized investor reporting templates for all Real Estate funds, ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare Quarterly Investor Reports and Performance Summaries.
- Provide audit confirmations to auditors and handle auditor inquiries.
- Perform management fee calculations and prepare investor memos.
- Create and review Salesforce tickets to track investor requests.
- Perform IRR, Time Weighted Return, and Leverage Ratio calculations for Real Estate funds.
- Handle LP mailbox and investor queries daily.
- Onboard investors to a fund or investment platform and manage/update Salesforce for onboarding.
- Handle ad-hoc requests as required.
- Participate in process documentation efforts and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Train new and current Investor Reporting Specialists.

Financial Reporting, Performance Reporting, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, IRR Calculation, Time Weighted Return Calculation, Salesforce, Real Estate Funds
Requirements:
- MBA/Postgraduate degree with strong knowledge of Finance and Reporting.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and performance reporting, ideally in Real Estate private equity or similar financial sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients globally.
- Comfortable working in an international team environment, sometimes under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities as needed.
- Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
- Flexibility and strategic thinking abilities.
